Caring March: Please join us for the 1st Annual Curley Cares March! In honor of One Boston Day www.onebostonday.org (it falls over vacation so we are choosing an alternate date) the School Climate Team came up with an idea of having a school wide caring march (#CurleyCaresMarch). This will take place on Wednesday, April 12th from 1:30pm-2:00pm on school grounds. Students will create signs for causes they believe in and we will march around the school to show all the things we care about! We welcome families to join us for this event and help your child think about something they truly care about to share at our march!
Curley Family Arts Night: Families, students and staff please join us for arts and community building as we prepare for Wake Up The Earth (WUTE)! On April 26th & May 3rd from 5pm-7:30pm in room 014. Please bring drinks and snacks to share as well as an open mind as we prepare for the WUTE Parade. The parade will take place on Saturday, May 6th and the theme is “Life is Water.” We would like to have a large showing of Curley families to march and share artwork. Please reach out to Curley Art Teacher, Jesse Cardoso with any questions firstname.lastname@example.org
April Vacation: Just a reminder that we will be on vacation soon. There will be no school from Friday, April 14th through Sunday, April 23rd. We will look forward to seeing students back in school on Monday, April 24th.
MCAS: The MCAS testing will begin on Tuesday, April 4th and go through the end of May. This is a long window, which helps us ensure that students aren’t testing on back-to-back days.
